Job Summary
Shuttle Driver responsible for safely shuttling trailers and product between warehouses, yards, and customer locations. Performs pre- and post-trip inspections, manages bills of lading, secures loads, and maintains accurate logs. Works closely with dispatch and warehouse teams to support DOT and company safety policies, efficiency, and customer service. Based from a Richmond, VA distribution network with additional location in La Crosse, WI, the role emphasizes teamwork, high performance, and reliability in logistics operations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Possibly CDL depending on role requirements
- Ability to perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety policies
- Experience with bills of lading and load securement (preferred)
- Ability to maintain logs and collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
- High school diploma or equivalent (implicit) could be preferred but not stated
