Job Summary
Shuttle Driver needed to support Transportation & Logistics at Performance Food Group. Based from our Richmond, VA distribution network, you will safely shuttle trailers and product between warehouses, yards, and customer locations, following DOT and company safety policies. Responsibilities include conducting thorough pre/post-trip inspections, managing bills of lading, securing loads, and maintaining accurate logs. You’ll collaborate closely with dispatch and warehouse teams, supporting PFG’s culture of teamwork, high performance, and passionate customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent not specified
- Valid driver’s license with appropriate class (CDL or state license as applicable)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety policies
- Ability to manage bills of lading
- Ability to maintain logs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
