Shuttle Driver

Job Summary
Greet, assist, and safely transport guests to and from the casino and designated locations while sharing resort highlights and answering questions. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the shuttle, keep the vehicle fueled, and maintain the interior and exterior for guest comfort. Track the number of guests transported during your shift and report safety concerns to the Safety Committee. Provide directions, answer guest inquiries with local knowledge, and lend a hand with luggage or belongings. Ensure the shuttle is clean, comfortable, and ready to roll at all times. This role requires a valid Oregon Driver's license with five years of driving experience and six months of hospitality experience. Weekend, holiday, and evening shifts are available.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of prior experience working in a hospitality related position
- Must have a valid Oregon Driver's license
- minimum of five (5) years of licensed driving experience
- acceptable record
- ability to be insured through Ko-Kwel Casino Resort's insurance program
- Proven track record of excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must pass and remain in compliance with any drug testing practices
- testing negative for cannabis/THC
- You'll need to be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion
Desired Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Transportation experience helpful
