Job Summary
Operate shuttle vehicles (vans and buses) safely and provide excellent customer service. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections; report maintenance needs. Communicate clearly with passengers about schedules, routes, and changes; assist with boarding/disembarking and heavy luggage. Ensure on-time pick-ups and drop-offs per schedules. Keep accurate trip records (mileage, passenger counts). CDL is preferred; experience in bus/paratransit or as a delivery/van driver is advantageous. Must be flexible for early morning, evening, and overnight shifts; prioritize safety and adapt to various driving conditions. Training and advancement opportunities available. Location: In person, Bensenville, IL.
