Job Summary
Provide safe, efficient shuttle transportation for hotel guests to/from the airport and local destinations; assist with luggage; attend front desk meetings to stay aligned with hotel operations; inspect and maintain the courtesy van; explain van features to guests; provide information about hotel services, facilities, points of interest, and local attractions; notify guests in lobby or dining areas; maintain lobby and porte-cochere areas including cleanliness, snow/ice management, and cleaning of sidewalks and floors; perform other duties as assigned; require strong customer service, safe driving, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to multitask.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience with a valid motor vehicle license and minimal violations
- Experience in hospitality, transportation, or guest-facing roles preferred.
