Shuttle Driver I-Transportation

Job Summary
Transport guests and Team Members to and from assigned destinations by safely operating shuttle vehicles, navigating varying weather conditions, and adhering to traffic laws. Deliver consistent guest service by greeting internal and external guests, answering questions, assisting passengers entering or exiting, and communicating clearly over radio or in person. Maintain shuttle cleanliness and operation by sweeping, cleaning, completing log entries, conducting visual inspections, and submitting maintenance requests. Perform repeated entry and exit from vehicles throughout the shift while working in both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to heat, cold, wind, rain, and vehicle exhaust. Operate the shuttle safely for extended periods while seated and maneuvering in tight areas, including during peak traffic and high-noise environments.
Required Qualifications
- California Class C Commercial Driver's License with 15+ Passenger Endorsement
- DMV record in good standing
- Ability to interact effectively with Team Members and guests
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced or high-traffic environments
- Ability to follow verbal directions and written instructions
- Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
- Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a shuttle
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach when inspecting vehicles or assisting passengers
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs (e.g., luggage, equipment, shuttle doors)
- Sufficient visual acuity to read instruments, gauges, and written materials, and adequate hearing to respond to radio communications, alarms, and spoken instructions
