Job Summary
Provide safe, professional passenger transportation to guests and employees as a Shuttle Driver, upholding The Broadmoor’s Five-Star and Five-Diamond standards. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests, operating shuttle vehicles safely, performing pre-shift safety inspections, assisting guests with luggage, operating wheelchair lifts on handicap-accessible buses, reporting maintenance issues, ensuring confidentiality of guest information, and maintaining a friendly, efficient guest experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License (preferred) and be 18+; high school diploma or GED or related experience preferred; willingness to work outdoors indoors across shifts and to participate in benefit offerings.
