Job Summary
Drive company shuttles, vans, and box trucks to transport employees, visitors, and product between HQ buildings, warehouses, and offsite locations. Perform hands-on operational labor including moving boxes, organizing storage areas, and assisting with facility moves and space reconfigurations. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain accurate logs, and coordinate pick-up and drop-off timing with internal teams. Transport samples, marketing materials, and supplies while ensuring goods are loaded, unloaded, and inspected for damage. Complete trip logs, incident reports, and maintenance requests, and communicate schedule changes or delays proactively. Requires a valid California driver's license and Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement, plus 3-5+ years of driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement
- Minimum 3-5+ years of driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR): no more than one at-fault accident and no more than two moving violations within the past 36 months
- Minimum age 21
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving and to safely operate a variety of company vehicles
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and move boxes or materials for extended periods
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Prior shuttle, transit, or commercial passenger transport experience
- 3-5+ years; prior lead, dispatch, or facilities coordination experience
- Familiarity with Los Angeles County freeways, surface streets, and university campus locations (FIDM, Otis, UCLA, USC, CSUN)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
