Shuttle Driver EM: Wed 11:59pm-6am Thurs-Sat 6pm-6am (CDL Required)

Operate a truck to transfer or drop off trailers between facilities, yards, and docks while ensuring necessary paperwork is completed. Check trailer temperature and notify management of issues, maintaining proper fuel levels for reefers. Participate in team meetings and foster cohesiveness regarding direction, annual plans, and policy changes by identifying and resolving areas lacking synergy. Perform other duties as necessary, including pushing and pulling tanks weighing up to 1,500 pounds and working in temperature extremes while wearing required PPE. This role supports Simmons Foods' established operating systems and quality, security, and office environment principles.
