Job Summary
Shuttle Driver/Courier for NIH-backed programs across Bayview/NIA/Harbor Hospital campuses. Responsibilities include coordinating and dispatching drivers, serving as alternate driver during downtime, transporting biological specimens, mail, supplies, and participants, and ensuring safe, confidential handling of data and materials. Requires ability to drive regularly on established routes, load/unload luggage and equipment, provide courteous customer service, follow DOT regulations and safety practices, manage logs and delivery records, and complete required trainings. Skilled in route coordination, data/document handling, patient assistance, and maintaining specimen integrity during transport.
