Job Summary
The Shuttle Driver, responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to hotel guests, will greet and welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and maintain adherence to scheduled runs. Key responsibilities include assisting with passenger loading and unloading, confirming schedules, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the van. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills, communicate effectively, and have a solid knowledge of the local area. A valid driver's license, a minimum of 2 years shuttle driving experience, and the ability to lift weights up to 45 lbs are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education
- 2+ years shuttle driving experience
- Valid driver's license
- Meet requirements of the driver's insurance
- Must be at least 25 years old to operate a shuttle
- Minimum of 3 years full-time verifiable similar type vehicle experience

- Good communication skills, verbal, written and electronic
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Basic computational ability
- Knowledgeable about basic function of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, Key system and POS
Additional Requirements
- Must have no positive drug or alcohol test including pre-employment, random, post-accident or reasonable suspicion
- Must have no more than 2 moving traffic violations during the previous 36 months
- Must have no DUI conviction during the previous 5 years
- Must not have a suspended or revoked driver's license
- Must not have left the scene of an accident involving bodily injury or damage
