Job Summary
SHUTTLE DRIVER CDL A with Universal Logistics opportunities. Operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport freight to and from customer locations, conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, follow DOT regulations, secure and handle freight, maintain logs and documentation, and communicate with dispatch and customers. Home daily with hourly pay plus overtime, benefits after 90 days, PTO, and paid holidays. Must meet CDL A requirements and maintain safe driving history. Job located in the Metro-Detroit area with potential expansion to additional markets; multiple shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 6 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience
- Clean driving record with proven safe-driving history
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
