Job Summary
Shuttle Driver needed to operate property-designated vehicles for guests, including loading/unloading luggage, assisting guests with bags, and guiding them to Front Desk for registration. Responsibilities include ensuring luggage is loaded, transporting passengers to destinations (airports, restaurants, theaters, events), maintaining vehicle mileage logs, performing daily vehicle checks and interior cleaning, and adhering to fleet safety and traffic laws. Requires quiet, courteous customer service, ability to handle diverse guest interactions, and 21+ with a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record in order to be approved by company insurance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements.
- Must be comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
- Able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.
