Job Summary
Shuttle guests to downtown destinations, providing recommendations and insider tips, while assisting with luggage loading, unloading, and secure storage in the bell closet. Maintain a lobby presence to greet guests warmly and share information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Ensure guest safety and comfort during all transportation and handling tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Work varying shifts including weekends and holidays, with availability starting as early as 7:00 a.m. and ending as late as 11:00 p.m. Base plus tips average $15–$19/hr. with a guarantee of up to $16.50/hr. A valid driver's license is required; CDL is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible weekend availability
- Able to work both Saturdays and Sundays
- Valid driver's license
- Passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to complete a background check
- Must be able to complete a Motor Vehicle Reference check
