Operate hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel and local destinations (airports, attractions, transportation hubs); assist guests with luggage; greet guests professionally; maintain a clean vehicle; follow shuttle schedule; provide information about hotel services and local options; report vehicle issues to management; adhere to safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous driving experience, preferably in a customer service or hospitality environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., luggage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
