Job Summary
Drive the van according to scheduled runs or as needed for guests, coordinating multiple pick-ups and drop-offs under changing circumstances. Assist guests with luggage, load and unload the van, and escort guests to rooms upon request. Greet guests in a pleasant manner, deliver messages to meeting rooms, and provide information maps and directions. Maintain cleanliness of the van interior and exterior, lobby area, and motor entrance. Answer the console to assist guest services agents and show guest rooms to emphasize company amenities. Approach all encounters with a friendly service-oriented manner while maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
