Job Summary
Operates shuttle bus and/or passenger coach-type vehicles per schedule for Mass General Brigham. Safely transports passengers to destinations following routes and departure times; adheres to fleet safety policies and traffic laws; assists passengers with disabilities to board/disembark via wheelchair lift; maintains detailed logs of passengers, trips, mileage, and vehicle checks; communicates with dispatch regarding detours or delays; demonstrates strong driving, navigation, and customer-service skills; requires CDL with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake, DOT medical card, and ability to obtain licensing as needed. Evening shift (2:30pm-9:30pm) with part-time schedule; minimum 1-2 years driving experience preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years proven shuttle bus driving experience
- Commercial Drivers License with Massachusetts requirements
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Air Brake Endorsement and Passenger Endorsement on CDL
- Excellent driving and customer-service skills
- Ability to operate shuttle/coaches safely in varied weather
- Ability to log and document trips/mileage/ passengers
