Job Summary
Operates shuttle bus and/or passenger coach-type vehicles on a fixed schedule, providing safe, courteous service to passengers and adhering to routes and departure times. Maintains logs, assists passengers with disabilities using the wheelchair lift, observes fleet safety policies, and coordinates with dispatch for detours or delays. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 1-2 years of shuttle-driving experience, CDL with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsements, DOT medical card, and ability to obtain any required credentials. Evening shift (2:15pm–7:15pm), part-time schedule; on-site work location in Somerville, MA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Commercial Drivers License (Massachusetts)
- 1-2 years experience as shuttle bus driver
- DOT medical card
- Air Brake Endorsement and Passenger Endorsement on CDL license
