Job Summary
Shuttle Bus Operator role with Vivalon Rides in San Francisco. Full-time daytime position paying $26.50–$30/hour (~$55,120–$62,400/year) with paid training and comprehensive benefits. Requires VDDP certificate/Commercial Class C license and Passenger Endorsement within 8 weeks, clean CA driving record, valid license, pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening, and ability to assist passengers including wheelchair assistance. Training in San Rafael, CA; SF Fair Chance Act compliant; Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of paid training with full attendance
- Ability to obtain (or already possess) VDDP certificate, Commercial Class C license, and Passenger Endorsement within 8 weeks of hire
- Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service
- Clean driving record and valid California Driver’s License
- Physically able to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers
- Availability for training in San Rafael, CA, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for 5 business days
- One professional reference required
- Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening, and comply with ongoing random testing per federal regulations
