Job Summary
Erect and dismantle formwork for decks, beams, staircases, and walls per project specifications and safety standards. Pour concrete for all structure types, unload shutter materials from trucks, and dismantle on completion. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and materials. Requires minimum two years of experience, ability to read construction drawings, proficiency with hand and power tools, and strong health and safety knowledge. Physically fit for outdoor manual work with good English command. Located in Malta with competitive monthly salary ranging from 1,733 to 2,252 Euros.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shutterer/Formwork Carpenter in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in outdoor construction environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites
- Good command of the English language
