Shutter Punchout Technician - Lake Worth

Job Summary
Manage a daily schedule with multiple stops to complete final punchout on all types of hurricane shutters. Communicate any issues with jobs to supervisors and address customer concerns regarding minor defects. Coordinate closely with the Punchout scheduler to maintain workflow efficiency. Requires climbing all types of ladders and scaffolding, lifting sixty pounds, and possessing basic tool and construction knowledge. Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record and pass two weeks of installer training. This role supports Storm Smart's mission to help homeowners increase property value through safer, energy-efficient storm protection.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver license & good drivers record
- Must pass two weeks of installer training
- Climbing all types of ladders and scaffolding
- Have basic tool and construction knowledge
- Ability to lift sixty pounds
- Must be able to work in, on, around, over, and under fixed equipment and machinery
- Must be able to work from lifts, ladders, and scaffolding
- Must be able to manipulate heavy equipment, tools, and supplies
- Must be able to exert 70 lbs.
- Must be able to concurrently manipulate multiple controls and machinery
- Must be able to work in hazardous or irritating environments
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to work in adverse weather or temperature conditions
- Must be able to wear and work in personnel protective equipment
