Job Summary
Prepare fresh, high-quality sushi rolls and poke bowls with consistency and attention to detail while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation. Contribute ideas to improve the menu, operations, and guest experience, and train and mentor future team members as you grow into a leadership position. Help build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture by taking ownership of your station and playing an active role in the growth of the LocalTopia brand.
Required Qualifications
- Experience preparing sushi rolls and/or poke bowls
