Job Summary
Conduct daily shunting operations using Class 1 (AZ) shunt trucks across four 10-hour shifts, covering the 5:45 AM to 3:45 PM day block and the 3:45 PM to 1:45 AM evening block. Maintain high safety standards to reduce workplace accidents and injuries while operating tractor/trailer combinations with a valid air brake endorsement. Work every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and ensure all drivers possess verifiable current Class 1 experience, a clean driver's abstract, and a CVOR. Earn $25 per hour plus benefits, uniforms, bonuses, and statutory holiday pay, with direct deposit and accrued vacation monies available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months verifiable current CLASS 1 (AZ) SHUNT truck experience
- Tractor/trailer air brake endorsement (Z)
- Clean driver's ABSTRACT & CVOR
- Be able to work every third weekend (Fri, Sat & Sun)
- High safety standards to reduce workplace accidents and injuries
- Be over 23 years of age to apply
