Job Summary
Operate shrink wrap machinery and packaging equipment while inspecting finished packages for quality, seal integrity, and proper labeling. Pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards, monitoring equipment performance and reporting mechanical issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures, and meet daily production quotas and packaging targets efficiently. Requires prior experience in packaging or manufacturing, ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and familiarity with shrink wrap machines. Based in Ringoes, NJ, Rapid Visual Solutions LLC delivers visual and packaging solutions in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs regularly
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
- Familiarity with shrink wrap machines or similar production equipment is a plus
