Job Summary
Hands-on showroom and facilities support role focused on supporting the showroom, assisting with furniture movement, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment for customers and team members. Key duties include assisting the Visual Merchandiser or Store Manager with setting up furniture displays, moving and arranging furniture in the showroom and warehouse, receiving deliveries and loading/unloading trucks, performing floor moves, adjusting showroom lighting and replacing bulbs, and performing sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom and common-area cleaning, window washing, dusting, trash removal, and maintaining stockroom organization. Must collaborate with store leadership to keep the store customer-ready; requires physical effort and reliable transportation to multiple Florida locations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
- Must have reliable transportation to work at both Clearwater and Pinellas Park locations
