Job Summary
Showroom Staging Associate to support Visual Merchandising by executing product layouts across categories (furniture, lighting, home accents, textiles) and maintaining showroom appearance. Responsibilities include moving and placing products to meet merchandising standards, inspecting displays for ADA pathways and proper lighting, receiving and RFID tagging new deliveries, maintaining exterior/warehouse cleanliness, handling lighting tasks (hanging chandeliers, track lighting, bulb changes), performing minor repairs and touch-ups, counting and reconciling inventory, and coordinating with Delivery Technicians to ensure products arrive in good condition. Requires operating ladders up to 16 feet, lifting up to 75 lbs, travel to regional showrooms, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Certifications/License: Valid Florida Driver’s License. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm, full-time with some limited nights/weekends; travel is required. The role emphasizes autonomous work, initiative, inventory management, space planning, and safety compliance in a retail furniture environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Basic understanding of lighting wiring
- One to five years of operations experience within a retail environment preferred
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Experience with RFID tagging equipment or similar technology is a plus
