Job Summary
Showroom Salesperson at Hajoca’s Aqua-Draulics Plumbing Supply in Rockledge, FL: Provide expert product selection and design advice to showroom customers, help meet sales and gross profit goals, and guide customers from initial contact to project completion. Welcome customers with hospitality, articulate the showroom value proposition, determine needs, direct them to best products, and overcome objections to close sales. Leverage Hajoca technology to review specifications, pricing, and availability; enter sales orders and bids; process showroom returns; keep the showroom orderly and current; stay informed on kitchen and bath design trends; join industry events to build relationships with vendors and customers; complete safety and compliance training; perform other duties as assigned. Requirements include 1+ years in customer service or sales, knowledge of showroom products, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, ability to upsell/cross-sell, and the ability to learn order-processing systems; English proficiency; ability to plan, organize, and multitask.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of products sold in the showroom
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
- Excellent customer service and verbal/telephone communications
- Ability to upsell or cross-sell
- Ability to build relationships with vendors and coworkers
- Strong numerical and order-processing skills
- English literacy (read, write, speak)
- Basic math for invoicing and pricing
- Ability to learn and operate order-processing computer systems
- Plan, organize, and multi-task
