Job Summary
Collaborate with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants to perform administrative functions ensuring customer needs are met. Support showroom sales by answering sales calls, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving order issues. Work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking between phones, emails, and various software programs while ensuring personalized customer service with timely responsiveness and proactive order management. Schedule includes Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, 40 hours per week, with at least one Saturday shift per month from 10am to 3pm.
