Job Summary
Showroom Sales Specialist responsible for providing interior design guidance, product expertise, and facilitating tile/stone selection to drive sales. Role includes using the showroom as a selling tool, following up with customers, logging client interactions, and supporting project development. Must conduct outside sales calls when needed, host showroom tours/events, maintain showroom merchandising, coordinate with suppliers, and attend industry trade events. Evening and weekend hours required. Qualifications include a four-year degree or equivalent experience; strong sales, design, communication, and CAD/blueprints skills. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/tools is a plus; physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 80 pounds, and ability to travel for events.
