Job Summary
Provide interior design advice and product expertise to facilitate tile and stone selection and sales, using the showroom as a selling tool and supporting project development with clients. Responsibilities include logging showroom visits and customer preferences in system, coordinating with internal teams to follow leads and close sales, pursuing new business with custom builders and residential designers, making outside sales calls when needed, maintaining showroom merchandise and samples, coordinating shipments of customer examples, hosting showroom tours and industry events to drive sales and brand awareness, and working evening and weekend hours. Requirements include a four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong communication and design skills, proficiency with MS Office and customer management tools, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced showroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in a related field, or four years of related experience, or a combination of a two-year degree with two years of related experience.
