Job Summary
Lead showroom sales leadership for a premium home furnishings brand, recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to drive showroom sales performance and revenue growth. Provide a premium, consultative shopping experience for guests, partnering with customers on major sales opportunities and optimizing showroom operations. Required Qualifications
