Job Summary
Showroom Sales Assistant in a Boston showroom within Schumacher North America. Responsibilities include maintaining sample room inventory and replenishments, handling client sample requests by phone and in person, assisting sales by gathering and shipping samples, keeping the showroom floor updated, maintaining showroom collateral, supporting general showroom requests and projects, guiding clients with product information, delivering excellent customer service to uphold Schumacher’s luxury standards, and expanding knowledge of interior design and Schumacher collections.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or showroom environment
- Proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift 20-50 lbs max
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about luxury interior design
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
