Job Summary
Welcome customers, provide product advice, and create bathroom quotations to guide them from enquiry through to sale. Manage enquiries end-to-end, process orders accurately, and conduct showroom or on-site appointments. Drive sales through recommendations and upselling while delivering outstanding customer service. You must hold a full UK driving licence, possess strong IT skills, and understand Health & Safety practices. Work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings until 5pm, with alternate Saturdays from 8am to noon. Join CRS Building Supplies in Wells to help customers bring their bathroom projects to life.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within the bathroom sector
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Friendly and customer-focused
