Job Summary
Showroom Receptionist needed at the Houston/Cypress showroom for DuroMax Power. You’ll be the welcoming face for customers, handling first-contact inquiries, directing questions to the appropriate team members, scheduling appointments, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and supporting showroom operations. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of receptionist/administrative experience, strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, retail, or front desk experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and web-based software.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Experience in a showroom, dealership, retail, service center, or office environment.
