Job Summary
Showroom Quality Assurance Associate “Handy-Man” maintains showroom standards, supports installation of displays, and handles fixes in showrooms. Responsibilities include showroom display installation & maintenance, demo/removal of displays, cabinetry work, dry-fit plumbing fixture installs (pedestal sinks, toilets, faucets), painting, drywalling & drywall repair, wallpaper and tile installation, hanging display boards, maintaining showroom lighting systems, and sourcing/replacing lamps. Travel to customer homes or job sites in New England to assist with light service issues and support project management (communication, scheduling, materials planning). Ensure all installations meet brand standards and report defects or inconsistencies for rapid resolution. Proficiencies in communication, computer usage, organization, time management, customer service, problem solving, safety awareness, and carpentry/woodworking” ,
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with general “handyman” tasks
- Clean driving record
- Tile installation a plus
