Showroom Merchandiser

Design and maintain immersive showroom displays that tell compelling product stories while aligning with brand standards. Plan and execute seasonal resets, product launches, and promotional campaigns to drive engagement and sales. Create and manage floor plans, sightlines, and merchandising layouts to maximize flow and conversions. Source, style, and maintain props, signage, lighting, and collateral to ensure consistent branding and pricing accuracy. Collaborate with Sales and Visual Merchandising teams to optimize product placement and inventory presentation. Maintain showroom upkeep, safety, cleanliness, and product care, and assist with event setups and VIP previews. Stay current on luxury home trends, materials, and finishes, and document learnings for the team. Manage a merchandise calendar and assist with procurement coordination when needed. Work full-time weekdays with Saturdays and Sundays off.
