Showroom Manager

Job Summary
Manage the showroom team by scheduling, training, and coaching staff while overseeing daily opening and closing operations. Coordinate design appointments with fabricators, designers, builders, and clients to assist customers in slab selections regarding style, location, and color. Maintain showroom organization, update product selection, and enter orders into the computer system while resolving customer issues. Participate in floor rotation, including some Saturdays, and work inside and outside climate-controlled environments. This full-time role requires overtime as business needs dictate and involves standing, walking, and climbing stairs throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years' experience/hands-on knowledge within stone/quartz industry
- Self-motivated, driven to close sales
- Ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside of the Company
- Computer literate; working knowledge of MS Office
- Must be able to be on feet most of the day walking customers around the showroom as well as the warehouse
- Business/professional dress attire, per established in the company's handbook
- Ability to work inside and outside in both climate controlled and non-climate-controlled environments
