Lead and motivate the sales team, handling client reception, resolving complaints, and executing promotional campaigns within the showroom. Oversee merchandising standards and coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability. Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for leadership and collaborate with marketing and logistics departments to ensure smooth internal workflows. Monitor key performance indicators to suggest continuous efficiency improvements. Work from 09:00 to 17:00.
