Job Summary
The Showroom Manager develops and manages an operating and sales budget for the showroom to increase company sales and profitability. This role leads the showroom team through hiring, training, and coaching while building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting plumbing products, cabinetry, countertops, and related items; reading blueprints to ensure product–customer fit; visiting job sites to measure or provide client services; maintaining organized customer files; managing displays and coordinating installation of new displays; supporting showroom advertising and events; coordinating trade shows and home shows; hiring, training, and supervising showroom staff; managing the showroom budget; acting as liaison between showroom and other departments; and adhering to company policies and employee handbook. Qualifications emphasize 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong customer service and communication skills, problem-solving, and multi-priority organization. Required Qualifications
