Job Summary
Showroom Manager for Atlanta and Charlotte design center showrooms. Owns showroom financial performance, drives revenue and profitability, leads and coaches a high-performing sales team, oversees showroom operations to uphold luxury brand standards, develops strategic initiatives to grow market share, and strengthens relationships with designers, architects, and clients. Responsible for budgets/P&L, SAP-based processes, pipeline management, social media engagement, events, CRM reviews, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of sales experience in showroom/ luxury environments, and 3+ years in sales management; must be digitally savvy, a strong communicator, and a proven leader with the ability to negotiate and close deals; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to connect with clients both virtually and in person.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5 years inside/outside sales experience in showroom/design/luxury brand environment; minimum 3 years in sales management within high-end luxury brand environment; digitally savvy; proven ability to coach and develop a sales team; strong communication and client relationship skills; able to manage budgets/P&L; proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP/SAP HANA; CRM management; ability to network with designers, architects, and clients; ability to drive market share and brand presence
