Showroom Experience Coordinator

Greet walk-in and call-in customers at the Pella showroom, serving as the primary point of contact. Enter and update customer information in Pella's online lead management systems while nurturing leads and presenting tailored solutions. Provide administrative support to Outside Sales Representatives and sales management. This role requires lead nurturing, excellent customer service, and expertise in addressing customer needs.
