Job Summary
Provide interior design advice and product expertise to facilitate product selection and project development for customers. Maintain showroom records, manage sample inventory levels, and ensure displays align with company design standards. Plan and host showroom tours, industry events, and trade meetings while coordinating logistics and catering. Act as a liaison between customers and design teams, assist with social media brand strategy, and perform maintenance tasks like restocking and cleaning. Work weekends in a part-time capacity at Dal-Tile, the largest tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
- The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- This is a Part Time position and requires weekend work
