Job Summary
Coordinate showroom installations, product launches, and seasonal updates by managing orders, driving for local pickups, and running errands. Support project coordination from planning through execution, including scheduling, documentation, vendor communication, and expense tracking. Assist in creating floor plans, maintaining display standards, and organizing merchandising documentation for the Visual Merchandising team. Maintain project schedules and ensure showroom environments reflect the brand vision.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel locally for showroom installations, product pickups, vendor visits, and project-related errands
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, visual merchandising, interior design, retail, or showroom operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar floor planning software
