Job Summary
Coordinate showroom refreshes, product launches, and special events from planning through installation. Assist with orders, vendor communication, and logistics including driving locally for pickups, deliveries, and errands. Maintain project schedules, documentation, purchase orders, shipping, and expense tracking. Create floor plans, presentation materials, and merchandising documentation while ensuring displays meet brand standards. Support resets, installations, and general administrative tasks for the Visual Merchandising team. Requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel locally for showroom installations, product pickups, vendor visits, and project-related errands
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, visual merchandising, interior design, retail, or showroom operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar floor planning software
- Organized, proactive, and dependable
- Comfortable balancing administrative tasks with creative projects
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
- Passionate about interior design, luxury furnishings, textiles, and visual merchandising
