Job Summary
Assist customers on the showroom floor while striving to increase knowledge of the entire product offering. Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing administrative functions that ensure customer needs are met, including timely quotations, accurate order processing, updating contracts, coordinating deliveries with the warehouse, and answering sales calls. Support the Showroom Sales team by delivering personalized customer service. Requires 1-3 years of customer service experience and 1+ years with plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances. Schedule includes Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with rotating Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. This uncapped commission eligible role offers total compensation of $60,000 - $75,000+ annually.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience with plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances
- Results oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment
- Excellent communication for phone/in-person sales
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ambition to succeed and self-motivated
- General digital literacy
- Ability to multi-task

- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, Rotating Saturdays 10am to 3pm
