Job Summary
Showroom Customer Service Representative II to provide customer account management and support for tile and natural stone customers. Responsibilities include servicing walk-in customers, answering inquiries, providing samples, completing sales transactions, order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock checks, and coordinating transportation. Interfaces with internal teams and SSCs to address inquiries and order issues from entry to delivery. Participates in special projects and performs additional duties. Provides interior design guidance and product expertise, assists with tile/stone selection and project development, and utilizes Auto-CAD Project Management where applicable. Requires a High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of call center or customer service experience; strong oral/written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and basic computer skills (Word/Excel). Regularly standing, lifting up to 15-30 lbs, and occasional up to 70 lbs; team lifts for long tiles. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
- 3+ years call center or customer service experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented
- Capability to provide interior design advice and product expertise
- Experience with or ability to utilize Auto-CAD Project Management where applicable
