Job Summary
Showroom Customer Service/Warehouse Associate in Grand Junction, CO, supporting walk-in customers, processing sales transactions, handling material receipt and order fulfillment, performing stock replenishment, and conducting routine inventory checks. Responsibilities include directing customers, providing interior design advice and product knowledge for tile and stone selections, utilizing forklift operations as needed, entering and processing customer orders, generating daily sales reports, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. Strong emphasis on customer service, accuracy in order processing, collaboration with the team, and adherence to safety procedures; Auto-CAD Project Management may be utilized where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
