Job Summary
Partner with Operations Manager and sales leadership to maintain showroom merchandising, organize the sales floor, and oversee product movement including transfers and stock handling. Greet walk-in customers, manage incoming calls, and route inquiries while ensuring accurate electronic pricing and daily financial reconciliation of cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Prepare bank deposits, maintain cash drawer balances, and support sales staff in cross-department coordination. Perform end-of-day close-out procedures and handle other duties as assigned. Full-time position in Vineyard Haven, MA, with a salary of $25-$30/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in sales support, showroom coordination, retail operations, or inventory-related roles
- Ability to move throughout showroom and office spaces
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience supporting multiple staff members or coordinating workflows preferred
- Experience with project coordination, training support, or technical systems a plus
