Job Summary
Maintain a pristine showroom by ensuring sales tools and sample collections are up to date and ready for appointments. Check in, steam, tag, and hang all received samples while keeping a thorough knowledge of brands and inventory. Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to pull drops from the line and manage Fashion GPS software. Act as an Account Executive during markets and trade shows when needed. This entry-level role requires strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Must possess a valid driver's license and meet physical demands including standing 60% of the day and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to maintain standing position up to 60% of the workday
- Must possess the ability to kneel, bend, stoop and reach regularly
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Ability to meet the needs in the position's physical demands summary
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Familiarity with Fashion GPS software and/or similar sample tracking programs
