Showroom Consultant at the Mary Esther Showroom (In-Person), full-time role responsible for greeting walk-in visitors, introducing products, guiding clients through displays, understanding project goals, and collecting contact and project details for follow-up. Maintain a clean, organized showroom; walk clients through displays to explore material options and design possibilities; engage with visitors to capture information for follow-up. Requires a keen eye for design, comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM MarketSharp, friendly communication with homeowners and contractors, accountability for showroom flow, and a valid driver's license. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation starts at $38,000/year with potential for increase based on experience.
